We will select and edit the best 20 photos from your session and deliver them edited in high-resolution through a private online gallery within 2 weeks from the shoot date. Mini sessions are not available to replace engagement sessions or wedding portraits. Mini sessions are intended for families and couples to use for holiday cards and virtual sharing for the holidays. Photo sessions will be 30 minutes long at the location and time slot you chose during booking. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your shoot because timing will not be flexible, so if you arrive 15 minutes late, your session will only be 15 minutes. Additional edited images, canvases, prints and priority editing will be available for purchase.
The session fee is non-refundable and holds your place in our calendar. We will reach out to you upon completion of your payment to send you a short guide to prepare you for your mini session. Sessions are not booked until payment is received.
Your JBJ Pictures photographer will be assigned closer to the date based on the time slot and location, we cannot guarantee who from our team will be the photographer ahead of time. The shoot will only be rescheduled if there is rain or an AQI above 150, in which case we will reach out to you with rescheduling options. Fog, smoke and outside elements that don't affect our ability to shoot will not impact the shoot date. There are no refunds or exchanges. We will be wearing masks and will take all safety precautions (frequently sanitizing our hands and gear and remaining socially distant).
If you miss your session, you may book another mini session in the time slots left available or you will receive a $395 credit towards a future shoot at normal pricing.
